Development of Images Picking up in the Visual Anti-Sway System of Container Crane and Its Application

In order to improve the ability of the trolley to rapidly eliminate the container swing, an anti-sway control algorithm based on switching has been proposed. By analyzing the relationship between the spreader's swing angle and the trolley's acceleration and deceleration, the mathematical model of the container crane system is established. And the swing angle of the spreader could be got after processing the image which is detected by the sensor composes of the camera and the reflective plate. The selection and program design of IPC network camera are introduced in detail.
