Design of an RF Module for TD-SCDMA Terminal

The design and test of an RF module for TD-SCDMA terminals is described.Having many advan-(tages,) such as small size,low power and excellent compatibility,the module can be easily interfaced to baseband circuits.Test results indicate that its performance is in good accordance with 3GPP specifications.
