An Algorithm of Extracting Straight Lines Based on Multi-feature Fusion

An algorithm of extracting straight lines in images is researched in this paper.Line extraction should try to link those lines fragmented by noise,and avoid over-link in the mean time ,in order to get features that reflect correctly characters of image events.In this paper,multi-features are used as evidences of whether the lines can link or not,which reduces the possibility of wrong decision.Experiments on both synthetic and real images show the validity of this algorithm.
