Design of Security Scheme in Videoconferencing System Based on Selective Source Encryption

Security of videoconferencing system becomes very important today.The existing securing methods such as VPN,identity authentication and whole media data encryption are analyzed and pointed out that they all have some obvious limits on the videoconferencing system.A selective source encryption method and its implementation approach are proposed based on the existing selective video encryption method.The security scheme in videoconferencing system using hybrid cryptographies is then introduced.The results show this scheme provides enough security level of video information and guarantees the real-time transportation,error resiliency and image quality.
