Research and Implementation of USBTMC Based on Wince6.0

The USB is one of the most important communication in test and meansurement instrument,and USBTMC is the only professional standard that which communicates with instrument through USB. This dissertation analyses USBTMC protocol,and introduces the implementation of USBTMC based on USB Function of Wince6.0.The USB device with USBTMC protocol can directly communicate with host which installed drive of VISA. The implementation of USBTMC protocol has a practical significance to communicate with instrument.
