Discussion of the Unmonotonicity of time Weight in the Model of dam Deformation Monitoring

In the light of the defect of time factor in the model of dam deformation monitoring , in this paper, the un-monotonicity of time weight in the model of dam deformation monitoring is discussed. The periodicity of time factor is added to conventional time factor. The authors establish model of deformation of Ge Heyan Hydraulic Project, Hubei. The precision of the model is satisfactory
