Research and Implementation about Model of Open Courses Resource Support System Based on Campus Net

Based on the campus net and java ,this article tries to design a conceptual and structural model of the open resource of supporting system and a realization model of design . The function and mechanism of the system are also discussed. It's a better scheme to solve the lack of the college resource.
