The Framework and LIS Evaluation of Synthesis for Operational Systems

In this paper, a concept of Operational Task Oriented Dynamic Meta-Synthesis (OTDMS) of operational systems is presented under the future high-tech joint operation conditions. The framework and the process of OTDMS are explored. The Levels of War-Field Information Sharing (LIS) are divided into four grades. According to War-Field information access, interactive, analysis and operations between Operational Systems, this paper expatiates the process of LIS evaluation.
