Key Theorem of Learning Theory Based on Fuzzy Number

In view of the fuzzy characteristics of real world,fuzzy set theory and statistics with vague data are combined.Firstly,Some theorems about functions of fuzzy number and fuzzy random variable are proved;setting of the fuzy learning problem is brought forward;key theorem of fuzzy learning theory based on fuzzy number is given and proved.
