The widely adopted ITIL standard provides solutions face the challenge of IT construction and OAM.In this paper,analysis is made into the IT service system planning and implementation patterns within telecom.Operators,and by using the case of Shanghai Telecom.Co.,a detailed illustration is provided to show the exact implementation procedure and integration of relevant systems with ITSM platform.The result shows the feasibility of the scheme,which has certain practical values.
