Realization of Distributed PGPS Scheduling Algorithm Under CICQ Structure

Based on the CICQ structure, this paper proposes a scheme to realize distributed PGPS scheduler in which the weighted fair queue isrealized in input queue. The structure supplies near upon 100% throughput rate under manageable input flow.
