Preparation and performance of mono-oleic polyethylene glycol(400)phosphate

The preparation,analysis and application of mono-oleic polyethylene glycol(400)phosphate were presented.Properties of the product,such as surface tension,wetting,foaming,emulsifying and skin irritation were investigated.The product obtained by transesterification displays better emulsifying and lower foaming property then that of other anionic and non-ionic surfactants.Emulsifying power achieves 1.5 times as large as that of Tween 80(indicated by oil-water separating time)and 1～2 times of other phosphate products.The product can be used in various industrial fields.
