.Net-based city planning and management information system is programmed by using Microsoft.net,oracle9i and ArcGIS in order to meet the needs of the city planning and management performances.Applying a mixed pattern of B/S and C/S,the system integrates office automation,plan service,on-line requests authorization and geography information,providing chart,language,table,management information services and routine services.
