Quantum Leading New Trend of Secure Communication

Recently,great progress has be achieved in the experiment and application study of quantum cryptography both at home and abroad.However,there are some misunderstandings in the technical characteristics of quantum cryptography,and in that whether quantum communication could make a breakthrough in classic communication distance and bit-rate limit.This paper principally analyzes and discusses the technical characteristics and limits of key distribution and quantum secure communication.
