Design and Optimization of Logistics Distribution Network System

Abstrcat In this paper, the strategic mode of logistics distribution is designed based on SWOT analysis theory. The planning of system architecture, including topical structure, layout of logistics distribution center and information infrastructure, is preliminarily discussed. The key design factors of logistics distribution network operational mode are analyzed.A visual realtime dispatch solution and the key performance evaluating index of logistics distribution network is presented. A case study from the design of a practical tobacco marketing logistics distribution network was given showing the design process of logistics distribution network.
