Analysis and coping strategies of barriers to integration between transportation information network and telecommunications network

The article analyzes integration-related barriers of traffic information network and telecommunications network-economies of scale barriers,incumbent advantage barriers and policy barriers.Especially focusing on policy barriers,this article proposes that integration of traffic information network and telecommunications net- work should be based on equity participation or that cooperation and integration should be based on data-based business.
