Modeling and Reconfiguring of Wood Flexible Manufacturing System Based on Timed Colored Petri Net

An Timed Colored Petri-net(TCP-net) model is established according to some discrete events of the Wood Flexile Manufacturing System(WFMS) using Petri-net.The model is available to show the machining process routes of the jobs to be processed on a flexible system,and describe the system characteristics,while the process route can be restructured rapidly according to the variation of the working order.By simulation tests,the model of the WFMS proves to be effective without self-locking and easy adjustment with an impvoved machines utilization ratio.
