A Note on the Ostrowski Disk Theorem

In this paper, we make some discussion for the estimate of the matrix eigenvalue, that isobtained by Ostrowske, some distribution character of the eigenvalue are described, then a sufficientcondition to determine nonsigularity of the matrix is given.
