Networking Social Problem and Its Control

The networking social problem has become a more and more serious global problem in today's society.The types of this problem include :cybercrime.cyberpunks(hackers),cybersex,cyber indulgence,information-based pollution,information monopoly,etc.And the features of this problem are :global nature,high technology,cultural differences in subjective affirmation,and difficulty in consequence control.In light of these features,we must resort to the forces of technology,law,ethics and humanistic concepts in controlling the networking social problem.
