Based on the compositive evaluation theory and the distributed component technology , the article analyzes and researches the pivotal technology of the evaluation system in-depth, and presents a series of solving blue prints of common distributed evaluation system, designs and implements a common evaluation system. The system can contains evaluation demands of many fields basically, and some professional evaluation system has been developed in some vocations by using the system.
