Cross-realm password-authenticated key agreement protocol based on self-certified cryptography
Qin Zhang · Jisuanji yingyong yanjiu · 2013
Combining self-certified cryptosystem and password, this paper firstly proposed a cross-realm password-authenticated key agreement protocol in direct communication model. The protocol was consist of two parts. Servers could authenticate each other and negotiate session key with the help of the self-certificated public key. Clients could be authenticated by the password pre-shared with corresponding server. The honest but curious servers could not obtain the session key in the protocol. Compared with similar protocols, the protocol need lower communication and computation cost, and can resist dictionary attacks and unknown-key share attack.
