Application of LS in parameter correction for industrial platinum resistance

In order to diminish the difference between the resistance-temperature parameter of industrial platinum resistance and the CVD fixed parameter from new verification regulation,a new method was given to decrease the system errors from the CVD equation based on parameter correction.The characteristic parameter equation was fitted by a quartic.The least square equations composed by the characteristic equation at verify temperature was solved by singular value decomposition(SVD).The experimental results show that the parameter corrected is closer to the actual parameters.The conclusion of test illustrates that parameter correction decreases obviously the system errors,and improves the temperature accuracy.
