Algorithm of Fractal Image Coding Based on Neighborhood Quadtree and Interpolation

The article is focused on fractal image coding based on the neighborhood quadtree. And an algorithm of fractal image coding based on the improved neighborhood quadtree combined with interpolation is presented, thus the scope of search is reduced.
