A NOTE FOR APPROXIMATE MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD METHOD

It is shown in this paper that the approximate maximum likelihood method is equivalent to the improved extended least square method. Advantages of the improved extended least square method and the extended least square method have been demonstrated by simulation.
