Dynamical r-matrix for the Constrained System Generated through the 3×3 Spectral Problem

In this paper,we present the Lax representation,dynamical r-matrix and Poisson structure for the constrained system generated through the 3×3 spectral problem.And 3N conservation integrals are obtained.Consequently the integrability of finite-dimensional Hamiltonian systems(FDHSs) is completed in the framework of r-matrix theory.
