AN ECONOMICAL CONTROL STRATEGY FOR DECENTRALIZED SYSTEMS

In this paper, a method to eliminate the decentralized fixed modes is given by means of changing the information structure of a decentralized system. In this control strategy, the decentralized controllers contain some extra-information channels which link different control stations, but the number of such channels remains minimal when this method is applied.
