A Necessary and Sufficient Condition for Acyclic Hypergraphs

With the concept of planted tree hypergraph the necessary and sufficient condition for a hypergraph is given by planted tree hypergraphs.The correspondence between acyclic hypergraphs and trees is established.Further,it is clear that information scientists for definition of acyclic hypergraph are sciential and rational.
