Overview of Typical Quality Problems in Nuclear Power Station Steam Generator Tube to Tube Sheet Welds

The typical quality problems of tube to tube sheet welds in million-kilowatt nuclear power station steam generator manufacturing were described.By investigating the characteristics and main cause of tube to tube sheet welds defects,it can be obtained that there is no one clear and detailed specification for the tube to tube sheet welding,the suppliers have many deficiencies in the quality control and manufacturing process.A good advice for studying and improving the steam generator tube to tube sheet welding process and quality controling were put forward,which can promote the standard in this equipment manufacturing.
