Strengthening File and Electronic File Construction in University's Staff Room

The file construction of Chinese University's staff room has to be improved.In this modern information era,to realize the electronical management of files in university's staff rooms has become the tendency.This paper is to study the effective measures in realizing standardization and electronization of files in university's staff room.
