On the basis of analyzing the present development and problems of container terminal simulation technology, the set of container terminal stevedoring technology schemes, and their operation methods and processes were concluded. Then, the functions of common simulation platform system for optimization design of container terminal stevedoring technology were given. The logic structure of the simulation model was constructed The data collection and statistics method of container terminal stevedoring activities were introduced., and the evaluation standards of container terminal stevedoring technology schemes based on simulation were offered.
