A structural comparison between zeugma and Chinese nianlian

Zeugma and nianlian are two figures of speech that function alike in both English and Chinese. Understanding the similarities and differences between them will help us transform zeugma into nianlian or vice versa efficiently, and thus improve our comprehensive and expressive ability in language learning.
