New Iteration for an Asymptotically Nonexpansive Map

A explicit iteration xn+1=αnf(xn)+(1-αn)T nxn is originally introduced,where T is an asymptotically nonexpansive mapping,and f is a contractive mapping.The suffcient and necessary conditions for the iterative sequence strongly converging to a fixed point of T are obtained,which is applied to retraction so that another new strong convergence theorem is set up.
