Neighbor-finding Technology Based on Quadtree

Neighbor-finding technology is a basic spatial analysis operation of GIS. In this paper, we refer to the neighbor-finding technologies based on quad tree and octree. And the neighbor-finding algorithms based on explicit quad tree and FD linear quad tree are presented in detail.
