Method for Voice Pitch Period Detection

Current pitch period detection algorithms can not work well under high noise environment.Aiming at this problem,this paper utilizes multi-scale continuous wavelet to pre-filtering the signal of voice.Based on the short-time autocorrelation function and the average magnitude difference function,a method for voice pitch period detection is proposed.This method needs little computation expense and can obtain the right pitch period.Smoothing algorithm is exploited to remove the errors of multiple frequency point,half frequency point and random point,and realize pitch curve smoothing.
