This paper analyzes the present situation and problems in fresh plant product storage and cultivation of professional personnel in this field in China.And what is more,it proposes to establish the specialty of engineering and technology of fresh agricultural product storage,aiming at cultivating professional personnel who have knowledge of modern biology,engineering,trade,and international-outlook.
