Asymptotic Properties for Random Walks with Resting State in Time-Random Environment on Half-Line

Based on some properties of random walk in time-random environment on the classic line,a model about random walks in time-random environment on half line is put forth.Then an exploration is made into the recurrence-transience criteria of random walks in time-independent random environment and the law of large numbers,and finally a center limit theorem under the non-recurrence situation is thus worked out.
