Research and Analysis of Routing Protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks
Wang Yu-lon · Information Technology and Informatization · 2008
Traditional routing algorithms cannot satisfy the specific features of wireless sensor networks (WSN) compared with conventional networks. This paper surveys the characteristics of WSN and analyzes in depth the classic routing protocols including their merits and demerits. Finally we summarize by comparison the research issues and propose the future trends in this field.
