Enterprise training ability is a comprehensive concept that describes how enterprise training management system works and its effectiveness.It consists of a lot of relevant key elements and has essential features of fuzzy mathematics.With the basic theories of fuzzy mathematics this papersets up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and experts grading system to build a two-tier evaluation indicator system and determine relevant weight.It can help achieve sustainable improvement in enterprise training management system by transferring subjective evaluation to more objective one.
