Flexible Algorithm for Deblocking Filter

Based on the effective distinguish of the practical boundaries,the original H.264 deblocking loop-filter algorithm is improved.The new algorithm can be more flexibly applied to remove the blocking effect.Experimental results on several kinds of stream show that the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR) only has a small change while the subjective image quality improves well.
