Research on the realization of encoding/decoding in digital wideo recorder

The encoding/decoding techniques in video system are introduced.The characters and core techniques of the MPEG-2 video encode standard that is used in this dissertation are introduced in detail,Then based on the characters of the MPEG-2 encode standard and the DVR system,a DVR encoding/decoding system is designed using several video processing chips,micro controller unit(MCU) and programmable logic device.Then the process of encoding and decoding is introduced.
