The foundation of enrolling on the Internet for ordinary higher education is the information circulation of electronic files. This paper discusses how to realize the data pick-up system of electronic files. Firstly, hardware structure and software function of this system will be introduced. Secondly give the crucial technical solution on how to obtain, forge-proof, compress and store image information in the process of the software system.
