Design and implementation of civil-air-defense electronic map system based on MapXtreme

According to the request of national and local civil-air-defense regulations,it designed and implemented the civilair-defense electronic map system.This system used the integrated structure based on C/S and B/S,realized the key problems such as the shortest path searching,counterplan evaluation,spatial analysis and the eagle eye by the technologies of MapInfo map editing and middleware programming based on MapXtreme2004.It ensures the system' s security with the safety strategies includes forms and Session mechanisms and the role-based access control.This system runs stably and satisfies the requirements of the civil-air-defense management and emergency command fully.
