Definitions of Minkowski dimension and capacity were given,and by computation,the eigenvalue of a laplacian operator with mixed boundary conditions on a three-dimensional fractal domain is worked out with its Minkowski dimension determined,which in fact paves way for spectral analysis of such problems.
