Design and Simulation of Low Power High Performance Current-Limiting Comparator

To improve the efficiency,power consumption and accuracy of DC-DC switch power supply,the function diagram of classic CPM is modified focusing on current-limiting circuit;meanwhile,a low power,high performance current-limiting comparator implemented in 0.6 μm BICMOS process is presented.The dynamic bias is adopted to improve the performance and reduce power consume of current-limiting comparator.The deign methodology and process of the circuit is analyzed and that the simulation results are also provided.
