Based Hibernate and Velocity Technology of Realization for Information Release System

A Universal Content Manager System(CMS) is designed and how to apply Hibernate Velocity to developing a Information Release System with Eclipse + Tomcat + Mysql is ststed.A new design model based on Web Service System is presented,which is explained by layers,the persistence layer realized by Hinernate,the logic business layer via the frame of Spring,and the performance layer designed by the Struts frame and Veocity.The functions of the system is also illustrated in details.
