After stepping from the 3C products,(computer,communication,and consumer electronics),the 4C products-OBU(On-Board-Unit),integration of information(info) and instant services of application intensively become the amazing industry of superstar.Meanwhile,it is also the common focus of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) and Telematics.Therefore,this paper has pointed out and owned the core technology of wireless communication,OBU,wireless surfing,traffic info platform,and instant ITS value-added technologies.The analysis of future development is to provide the viewpoint of instant information to road users,to eruct the value-chain of related industries.It is hoped to create a chance for Taiwan Telematics service with the mechanism of sustainable development.
