Research on procedure of RRC connection setup in TD-SCDMA

RRC lies in the 3rd sublayer of air interface protocol stack,the main function of which is the control and management of radio resource. In the document, the procedure of RRC Connection Setup is the main object of research , some abnormal cases and the allocation of the radio resource are also analyzed.
