Mathematical model of H.263 and study on its performance

In this paper, the process of CODEC and some options of H263＋ are described in Mathematics according to the ITU-T Recommendation and TMN． The result of H263＋ CODEC is excelled compared to the result of H263 CODEC in subjective and objective notably, but the complexity and computation load increased little． At last, the several options which improve the image quality efficiently are analyzed．
