Discussion on How to Realize the Informative Management of Basic Construction Files by Using the Software of Comprehensive Files Resources Management System

This paper introduces the functions of the software of comprehensive files resources management system(C/S+B/S)(China's railway construction version) and its requirements for the configuration of hardware capacities and network environment,and expounds in detail the applications and concrete functions of this software in collecting and filing the basic construction files.
