Defects of DCS Configuration Project and Research on the IO List Standardization Problems

Based on the division and connection of plant DCS construction process in related departments,the defects and problems of DCS configuration project were concluded.Characteristics,production links and reasons were analyzed,which was proved the significance of improving the standardization of IO list and reducing the defects of configuration project programmed program.Nine standards were mainly summarized and eleven common errors of IO list were enumerated.Errors of algorithms criterion and process were presented in integration of testing IO list.
